Who We Are
Agency.in is an AI transformation consultancy and implementation team. We close the gap between what AI can do and what a business actually needs it to do, with a focus on measurable outcomes over technology for its own sake. We work with SMB and mid-market companies. That is a deliberate choice. It means our team stays hands-on with every client, and it means our pricing and process are built for businesses that need results fast, not year-long enterprise rollouts.
Our Story
Agency.in was founded in 2016 by Pawan Kumar, building on 16 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, and technology-driven business growth. That path included founding and scaling cta9.com, a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner agency serving clients across the US, Europe, and Australia and New Zealand, along with building and running e-commerce and export businesses directly. That combination matters. Most AI vendors understand the technology. Fewer have run marketing campaigns, managed a CRM, shipped physical product, or closed a sale themselves. We have done all of it, which is why our approach to AI starts with the business problem, not the tool. A pattern we see often is what brought us to where we are today: businesses that tried to build AI systems themselves, or hired someone to build something fast, and ended up with a broken tool that nobody on the team trusts or understands. We now specialize in stabilizing and rebuilding these systems properly through our AI Rescue service, as well as building them right from the start.
