How We Approach a Rescue

Stabilize what is live
If the tool is customer-facing, our first priority is stopping active damage, wrong answers reaching customers, broken workflows, silent failures, before anything else. You should not be running a broken AI tool while a rebuild is underway.
Rebuild what needs rebuilding
Once stable, we rebuild the parts that were never built correctly. We use systems your team can actually maintain going forward, not another setup only the original developer understands.
