Your AI Project Is Broken. We Fix It.
You paid a freelancer, bought a tool, or had someone build an AI system for you. It worked in the demo. Now it gives wrong answers, breaks without warning, or nobody on your team can explain how it actually works. We hear this every week. It is almost always fixable.
Book Your Free Rescue AuditSigns Your AI Project Needs a Rescue
The chatbot or assistant gives confidently wrong answers to customers
It worked for a few weeks, then quietly stopped working
The person who built it is unreachable, or was never a developer to begin with
Nobody on your team can open the code and explain what it does
It was connected to your CRM or website and now something downstream is broken too
You are paying for a tool every month and cannot tell if it is actually helping
If any of this sounds familiar, the fix is rarely starting over from scratch. It is almost always an audit first.
What We Can Rescue
AI chatbots giving wrong, inconsistent, or hallucinated answers
Freelancer-built or no-code AI tools that stopped working after handoff
Broken automations in HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
DIY prompt setups that worked in testing and fell apart in real use
AI integrations that silently broke something downstream in your CRM or website
Any AI build where the original developer is no longer available to maintain it
How We Approach a Rescue
Audit before anything else
We review the existing build, the data it runs on, and what it was supposed to do. This tells us what is salvageable and what needs to be rebuilt, so you are not paying to redo parts that were working fine. An NDA is available before this step if you need one.
Stabilize what is live
If the tool is customer-facing, our first priority is stopping active damage, wrong answers reaching customers, broken workflows, silent failures, before anything else. You should not be running a broken AI tool while a rebuild is underway.
Rebuild what needs rebuilding
Once stable, we rebuild the parts that were never built correctly. We use systems your team can actually maintain going forward, not another setup only the original developer understands.
Hand over documentation
You get a plain-language explanation of how the system works and what to do if something changes. The goal is that you are not back in this situation in a year.
What Usually Goes Wrong
Most broken AI builds share the same pattern. A business needs an AI tool quickly, hires a freelancer or uses a no-code platform without fully understanding what the tool actually needs to work. The build looks fine in a controlled test. Once real customers start using it, edge cases appear that were never accounted for: questions the system was not trained to handle, data it cannot access, or a prompt that works for a narrow range of inputs and breaks on everything else. By the time we get the call, the business has often lost confidence in AI entirely. The real problem was how the first version was built, not whether AI could work for them at all.
Why Bring This to Us
We are a team with 16 years of combined experience in marketing technology, CRM systems, and software delivery, with direct experience fixing AI projects across industries. We are not a single freelancer or a no-code platform. We work with clients across the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand every week. We schedule overlap hours with US Eastern and Australian Eastern time specifically so a rescue project does not run into the same communication delays that often caused the original problem.

Common Questions
Start with an audit of the underlying data and prompt setup. Most wrong-answer problems come from bad data sources or a prompt that was never tested against real customer questions, not from the AI model itself.
Often yes. A proper audit shows which parts of an existing build are salvageable and which need to be replaced, which usually costs less and takes less time than starting over.
Depends on how much needs to be stabilized versus rebuilt. Most rescues start showing results within the first one to two weeks, with a full rebuild completed in four to six weeks for a typical build.
Yes, to a point. We need to see what was built and what it runs on. We will sign an NDA before we look at anything if that is what you need, and we do not share client systems or data with anyone outside the project team.
